When requesting an official copy of your high school transcript, please complete the following questionnaire.
Please note: If you graduated prior to 1990, our records are on microfiche and cannot be printed or emailed.
A letter confirming that you did, in fact, graduate, will be sent on your behalf. Also: We do not keep copies of diplomas. Your transcript is your official proof of graduation. Any questions, please call the Counseling Office at 856-869-7750 Ext. 7307 or email Klandgraf@htsd.us. Thank you!
